Top Karts - Our Kart

Earlier this year some of the top karts guys decided that it would be a good idea to chip in and purchase our own Kart for use on owners days across the uk, rather than purchasing an expensive kart from new we decided to go down the 2nd hand route & this is what we purchased.

JB Revolution Kart
Twin Honda 160cc 4 stroke 5.5hp engines.
Noram 4000 series clutch - 12t - 428 chain - 41t split sprocket.
Hydraulic self-adjusting brake system.
Engine mounted standard fuel tanks.
Under chassis track rod option.
Alloy mono wheel rims with Kartline 'soft' tubeless tyres.

The kart had been stood for a while without much action so not wanting to take any chances on old components failing it was straight into the garage to begin a strip down process.
